  • Shipping
    • Although many items ship the same day; Please allow us 2 days to process and ship your order.
    • You will receive an email or text message with tracking information once order has shipped
    • DUE TO COVID many are experiencing shipping delays. What this means to you; you may or may not receive your package on the day as expected. This is unfortunate and something we can't control. Please continue to track your package via the information sent.
  • Returns
    • Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date according to your tracking information. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Only an exchange will be permitted on unused/unworn/unwashed items.

      To be eligible for a refund OR exchange within 30 days, your item must not be worn, washed, or damage and in same condition that you received it; no exceptions. Any washed, worn, stained, or damaged item will not be refunded.

  • Lost/Misplaced Items
    • Lost/Abandoned package- It is your responsibility to track your package and contact the necessary provider for further instructions. Tracking numbers are provided via the information you provided during checkout (text or email). If you did not provide an email or phone number during checkout please contact customersupport@vibeandtravel.com for your tracking number. Vibe and Travel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, abandoned or misplaced items.
